Want to master Vericut?

Vericut training is designed to provide you with all the information and practical experience necessary to use Vericut effectively. This Vericut Verification training is suited to anyone interested in performing NC program verification, including CAD/CAM users, NC programmers, and machinists.

This course introduces users to the basics of NC program verification. Following an overview of the graphical user interface and functionality, you’ll learn how to run a project in Vericut. Special emphasis will be placed on how to detect and locate errors in NC programs. This course will also show you how to analyze the cut part by using many of Vericut’s built-in analysis features, including the ability to compare the cut stock to the design data.

Trainees will learn how to configure a job in Vericut. We’ll cover configuring multiple setup projects, advanced modeling and assembly techniques, and defining tool shapes. You’ll learn how to use coordinate systems, subroutines and work offsets. We’ll also teach how to define and position the stock model, and orient the models on the machine.

The course fee is USD1000/pax or 1 token/pax for customer eligible for "Training For Life" Program.
    - This training is suitable for new users/beginners.    
    - Each registration is for 1 seat, if you have more than 1 seats, please register individually.
    - Once registered, no replacement for no-turn up or change date allowed.
    - Each class size maximum 12 seats.

Vericut Optimization Training

Vericut Optimization class is intended to illustrate how Vericut software can be leveraged to create an optimized program derived from the original posted NC Code to improve performance, shorten machine cycle times, improve tool life, and minimize wear and tear on the machine tool.

Pre-requisition: Users with a general knowledge of the core Vericut product.
