Vericut Unveils AI-Driven CNC Simulation and Optimization at EMO 2025

Vericut 9.6 introduces two groundbreaking AI-driven capabilities:

  • Vericut Intelligence (VI) - A web-based advanced AI-powered solution serving as a central knowledge hub, delivering in-depth insights on the entire Vericut portfolio, from Optimization to X-Caliper, available anytime for machinists, programmers, and engineers.

New Enhancements Across the Suite

Visitors at EMO will also see the latest capabilities designed to improve usability, communication, and manufacturing efficiency:

  • Reviewer Enhancements - Now features AUTO-DIFF results, advanced HUD controls, and customizable hotkeys for easier NC program analysis and error detection.
  • PMI Data Integration - Supports importing and displaying 3D Product Manufacturing Information to accelerate inspection, compliance, and reporting.
  • Turning Enhancements - Improved driven point definitions and automatic qualified dimensions for imported turning tools enhance setup speed and accuracy.
  • Streamlined Optimization - A new Optimization Control window and default tool data make feedrate optimization faster and more intuitive.
  • Expanded Interfaces - Expanded integrations, including FANUC CNC Guide II and Fanuc Robot Language Teach Pendant, plus upgrades to existing CAD/CAM connections.

In addition, the Vericut team will demo a new interface with Siemens Run MyVirtual Machine (RMVM), enabling seamless data exchange between the two platforms and combining Siemens’ virtual machine environment with Vericut’s simulation strengths, delivering improved flexibility, accuracy, and operator confidence.

 

 

Icam Post V26: Smarter Post-Processing

At EMO 2025, Vericut team will also present Icam Post V26, the newest evolution of Vericut’s post-processing solution. This release offers deeper integration with Vericut, automatically applying project data such as machine limits, tool lengths, and compensation values to deliver greater accuracy and consistency. Users can run feedrate optimization with Vericut Optimizer or Force prior to post-processing, ensuring programs are both efficient and reliable. V26 also introduces enhanced rotary axis handling, expanded controller compatibility, and new customization options, all designed to streamline workflows, reduce risk, and increase confidence on the shop floor.
